There is about to be an industry-created shortage of certain meds. These include Neo-Predef powder (on which the vet industry depends), some ophthalmic meds, and doxycycline. Doxycycline as not yet been announced; this used to treat rickettsial diseases which are tick borne. If you or your dog(s) wind up with an attached Ixoides tick, you might not be able to treat any subsequent infection.
